Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. 

Are the bounce houses clean? 

Always, every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each use. 

Are they safe?

 Yes! Our units are commercial-grade and meet all safety standards. We secure them with stakes or sandbags, and provide safety instructions at setup. 

Is adult supervision required? 

Yes. An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. 

What is the weight/age limit?

 Most units allow up to 600–800 lbs (around 6–8 kids under age 12). Check the item description for specific limits.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under NO circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

How much power does a bounce house need? 

Each inflatable uses one 110V standard outlet. It must be on a dedicated circuit and within 50 feet of the setup area. 

HOW MUCH ELECTRICITY DOES A BOUNCE HOUSE USE?

  • Blower Size: Typically 1–1.5 horsepower (HP)

  • Amps Used: Around 6–12 amps per blower

  • Watts: Approximately 1,000–1,500 watts per hour

That’s about the same as running a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer.

How much space is needed for setup? 

You’ll need a flat, clear area around 20′ x 20′ to 20′ x 35′, depending on the unit. Overhead clearance should be at least 17 feet.

 Can inflatables be set up on grass, concrete, or indoors? 

Yes. Grass is preferred. We can set up on pavement or indoors with advance notice.

We accept all major debit/credit cards and digital payments. Cash is only accepted with prior approval. (Our drivers DO NOT carry change please have exact amount) 

Do you deliver to my location? 

We deliver to Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Additional fees may apply for areas outside our standard service zone. 

What time will you deliver and pick up? 

Deliveries are made between [8 AM – 12 PM], and pickups are between [5 PM – 9 PM]. You’ll get a confirmation the day before your event with your delivery window. 

Can I choose a specific delivery time? 

We try to accommodate time requests. For schools, churches, and venues with strict timing, please contact us directly. 

How long is the rental period? 

Our standard rental period is up to 6–8 hours. Need more time? Ask about extended or overnight rentals.

What if it rains? 

We monitor the weather closely. If there are strong winds or heavy rain, we may cancel for safety. You’ll receive a credit toward a future rental.

 Can I cancel my reservation?

 Cancellations must be made at least [3 days] before your event to receive a reschedule or credit. 

Do you offer refunds for bad weather after delivery? 

Once a unit is delivered, we do not offer weather-related refunds.

Do you offer discounts? 

Yes! We offer military, first responder, and multi-unit rental discounts. 

Can adults use the bounce houses?

 Some of our units are rated for adult use. Check the product description or ask us which ones are suitable. 

Can we keep the bounce house overnight?

 Yes. Overnight rentals are available for an extra fee if the area is safe and secure.

 Do you rent tables, chairs, or other equipment? 

Absolutely! We offer tables and chairs, COMING SOON generators, and concessions like snow cone machines and more. 

Can I move the unit once it’s set up?

 No. For safety, only our trained staff can move or take down the equipment.

Are you licensed and insured?

 Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the state of Virginia. 

Do I need a permit for a park rental? 

Most public parks require a permit and insurance documentation. It’s your responsibility to secure the permit. Let us know in advance so we can provide any paperwork you need.
